agreement (“Agreement”) between An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  (“You”) and Astroaakshar in connection with access and/or use the platform for providing on-line advice/services at all websites powered by Astroaakshar, or owned by Hepe enterprise pvt ltd. The Sites are currently 

owned and operated by Hepe enterprise pvt ltd(“Astroaakshar”). 

This Agreement sets forth and contains the terms and conditions between you i.e. the An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  and Astroaakshar. 

By using any portion of the website or app you agree to be bound by this Agreement. It is advisable that you should read this Agreement carefully. In the event, if you do not agree 

to be bound by any clause of this agreement, you should immediately cease from using any portion of the website. 

Astroaakshar solely reserves the right to modify this Agreement any time to comply with law 

or provision of service or for any other reason solely at the discretion of Astroaakshar, which may or may not be separately notified via email. You can determine when these Terms were last revised by referring to “Last Amended” at the top of these Terms. By signing onto the portal or using any portion of the portal/web/app anytime after the “Last Amended” date, you shall be deemed to have accepted the Terms herein including the amended Terms published from time to time. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes mean that you accept and agree to the changes. However, you are 

encouraged to check the terms of this Agreement frequently. While you continue to use this Platform, any modifications have been made to this Agreement, would certainly 

indicate your consent to such modified agreement. 

By accessing this portal, you agree to read and accept this agreement provided to you in electronic form. 

1.0 IMPORTANT DEFINITIONS 

1.1 AN ASTROLOGER AND EMOTIONAL WELLNESS COUNCILLOR .  AND EMOTIONAL WELLNESS COUNCELLOR  

You are an “An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor ” if you are selected/appointed/registered as An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  with the explicit purpose of providing your consultation to the visitors/users of the Astroaakshar Platform and/or on partner Sites. Your An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  Registration/application Form is subject to approval of Astroaakshar, once the same is accepted, your profile will be activated by Astroaakshar. 

Rejection of a profile may occur due to incomplete forms/information, or due to lack of experience or incompetency or any other reason that may not have been specifically mentioned here. Any information found incorrect, misleading at any time/duration, your profile, at our sole discretion, shall be subject to rejection without any notice period and Astroaakshar may take legal action for such misleading facts. 

1.2 MEMBER OR USER OR CUSTOMER 

A member or user or customer is one who has registered themselves or applied for 

availing services on the Astroaakshar platform for advice or services from an An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councillor . 

A user may or may not be a paid member. Users can register to avail of free consultation. 

1.3 WEBSITE OR PORTAL OR PLATFORM 

Website or portal or platform means all websites/apps owned by Hepe enterprise pvt ltdincluding Astroaakshar.com. Astroaakshar.com provides various astrology services 

including “Ask A Question” service. Astroaakshar.com also provides a platform wherein An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  and Users meet for Astrology services. Varta.Astroaakshar.Com is one of such 

platform. 

1.4 SERVICE 

Service includes “Ask A Question” service, phone/call/chat advice service provided through various platforms of Astroaakshar. In Astroaakshar platform, a user registers 

himself for availing paid or free advice from registered/appointed An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor s. This Platform allows users to select an An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  from various An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor s registered 

therein and ask questions online through chat or voice service. This platform connects the An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  and User. 

2.0 DUTIES TOWARD USER/MEMBER/CUSTOMER 

2.1 You will provide true and accurate information Astrology qualifications, expertise, skills, degrees, background and will maintain and update all such 

information during the term of this Agreement to keep it true. You will not 

present misleading names/qualifications. 

1. 2.2  You will not perform/offer services/advice in any jurisdiction where you are 

not authorized or qualified or licensed or which is outside your expertise. You will not mislead Users to believe that you can provide such services which are outside your expertise or for which you are not licensed. 

1. 2.3  You will not advise any remedy, treatment, test, that requires an in-person 

physical examination of a User.
2.4 You will advise users that your advice can not be a substitute for the advice 

of a physician and that your advice is for informational purposes only and it 

cannot be substitute for it. 

1. 2.5  You will not provide any advice related to any matters like medical or legal 

which can be provided by only a qualified medical or legal expert. 

1. 2.6  You will not take any actions which may hamper, slow down, or manipulate 

the integrity of this portal/Site.
2.7 You will not transmit/communicate through the Site/portal any unlawful, 

bullying, defamatory, privacy violative, insulting, intimidating, derogatory, vulgar, indecent, racist, destructive or otherwise offensive/objectionable 

material of any kind.
2.8 You will not stalk, intimidate or harass any An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  or User or infringe 

upon or attempt to violate upon their privacy.
2.9 You will not violate any applicable local, national, or international law of any 

kind.

You will not attempt to contact the User for any sort of payment or fee. You will not exchange any personal contact information with any User for any purpose, which may include making offline payment or in-personal

You will not attempt to take the act for providing offline/online advice with

1. 2.13  You will not attempt to fraudulently increase talk/chat time with User which would result in a greater payment to you. 
2. 2.14  You will be agreed to all performance ratings and reviews given by the User after availing services from you. And agree to display such ratings/reviews on Astroaakshar Platform to the public. You also understand that Astroaakshar has nothing to do with such ratings/reviews. If An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  finds any review 

4.1 

You understand that the service provided by you are exclusive to this Platform. Subject to term and conditions of this agreement, you grant an exclusive right and license of your services to be used in the platform. Anytime during the term of this agreement, if you found to be providing any similar service at any other platform, then Astroaakshar at its sole discretion may reduce your agreed rate/fees or may terminate your services from the platform. 

4.2 You will not indulge in any act which results in any intellectual property violation, spread of viruses, worms, malicious software, or any other illegal 

or immoral act. 

1. 4.3  Astroaakshar Portal reserves the right in its sole discretion to review the activity 

& status of each account & block the account of an An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  . 

1. 4.4  You will receive alerts/SMS notif ications including daily reminders f rom 

Astroaakshar for provision of service. 

1. 4.5  You will abide by the payment/pricing guidelines. 
2. 4.6  You agree to a fair price policy and can set prices according to the policy of 

Astroaakshar. Astroaakshar reserves the right to change your price as per its internal policy without informing you. If you violates this provision, 

Astroaakshar reserves the right to disable the services of the an Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  without 

prior notice.
4.7 You will not share access to this platform with anyone else. You will not share 

the user id / password or any other credential with any other person.
4.8 You acknowledges that Astroaakshar merely provides a platform wherein the 

You can meet the Users, i.e. customers/Members and therefore agrees that the Site/portal are being provided for use as is, and therefore, the An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  will not have any plea, claim, or demand vis a vis. 4.9 The management will be at liberty to dispense with your services at any time 

without notice or payment of any compensation and without assigning any

various digital and social media platforms. Astroaakshar shall have the right to use An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  profile picture, video, content, ratings, reviews and 

An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  understand that this is an astrology platform and only astrology services are provided through this platform. An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  is responsible for all predictions/advice made by the An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor . An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  understand and agrees that he will not make any prediction which is unlawful/illegal or against any law. An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  must refrain from advising below mentioned list of prediction/advice, 

which is not exhaustive.
Predicting gender/sex of the unborn.
Predicting on any matter/game related to gambling. Predicting on any matter which is illegal/unlawful. 

Predicting on any matter which is beyond An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor ’s expertise. Predicting on any matter for which an Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  is not qualified. 

1. 6.1  Astroaakshar is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate content posted on the Website or in connection with the Service, whether caused by users of the Website, An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  Service Providers or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Service. 
2. 6.2  Astroaakshar assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, 

deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of communications. 

6.3 Astroaakshar is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or 

providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to users and/or An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  or to any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in connection with the Web and/or in connection with the Service. 

6.4 Under no circumstances will Astroaakshar or any of its af f iliates, advertisers, promoters or distribution partners be responsible for any loss or damage, including personal injury or death, resulting from anyone’s use of the Website or the Service, any Content posted on the Website or transmitted to An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor , or any interactions between users of the Website, whether online or offline.

6.7 Astroaakshar Portal makes no representations or warranties and expressly 

disclaims any and all liability concerning any treatment, action by, or effect on any person following the information offered or provided within or through the Website. 

6.8 If any user of the website has specific concerns or a situation arises in which he requires professional or medical advice, he should consult with an 

appropriately trained and qualified specialist. 

7.1 Revenue received will be shared between An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  and Astroaakshar at an 

agreed rate separately intimated to the An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor . Therefore, before making the payment to the An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor , Astroaakshar shall be entitled to deduct the amounts which have accrued to it and the remainder shall be transferred to the An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor , as agreed by the An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  at the time of registration. 

1. 7.2  You understand that Astroaakshar may reduce/change the agreed An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  rate to promote the platform or to give discount offers to its customers or for any other reason, in its sole discretion, without informing the An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor . However, the changed rate will get displayed in the Platform against the respective name of the An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor . 
2. 7.3  An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  understands that no payment shall be made for any free minutes, discount, coupon, voucher, ticket offered to customer for promotional 

purpose.
7.4 You understand that Astroaakshar shall be entitled to deduct monthly software 

maintenance charges i.e Rs. 999 each month from your share of overall revenue earned from Astroaakshar. However, no deduction shall be made for a particular month in which your share of revenue does not exceed Rs. 20,000 in any month. 

7.5 All payments to be made to An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor s are after deduction of TDS as per 

Income Tax Act. 1961. An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  agrees that TDS will be deducted from any payment made to an Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  irrespective of amount or monetary limit. Payments are to be made within 10 days of the following month in which revenue has accrued subject to public holidays or conditions beyond the 

control of Astroaakshar. In the first month in which the An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  is onboarded, payments may be delayed due to documentation. 

7.6 Astroaakshar’s billing system is not error-free, and shall not be liable for any problems, miscalculations or malfunctions in processing An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  Fees o

other payments due to the An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor . An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor s can inform of such 

mistakes within 48hours of discovery of such mistakes.
7.7 If for any reason the Member has paid but later charged back/cancelled such payment/order, no An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  Fees will be paid to the An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  for that transaction and if the money has already been sent to the An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor , An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  is required to repay this amount to Astroaakshar, and Astroaakshar has the right to deduct this amount from the An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor ‘s account or from 

the following payments to be made from Astroaakshar to An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor .
7.8 Any An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  advice that is disputed, and remains unresolved, will be withheld for a reasonable amount of time till the problem is resolved. 

Astroaakshar will have the final say with regards to disputes in this regard. 

7.9 An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  agree and declare that if the customer is not satisfied with the services provided by you inclusive of wrong predictions being made or the service could not be rendered due to internet issue or other reasons, the Astroaakshar may at its own discretion, refund all or partial amount to the customer, for which no payment is to be made to the An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor . 

8.1 When you, the An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor , create and open an account with you will be asked to provide a username and password. You are entirely responsible for 

maintaining the confidentiality of your password and username and any other security information related to your account. 

8.2 You will be fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, username or password. You may not use the account, username, or 

password of someone else at any time. You will immediately notify of any unauthorized use of your password, username, e-mail or any other breach of security. 

8.3 Astroaakshar encourages An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor s to change their password at least once a month. Astroaakshar will not be liable for any loss that you incur because of someone else using your account or your password, either with or without your knowledge. You may be held liable for any losses incurred by Astroaakshar 

due to someone else’s use of your account or password. 

9.1 Astroaakshar owns and retains all Intellectual Property Rights of the Astroaakshar Portal and as explained above, retains an exclusive license to the contents 

added and uploaded by you on the site. The Astroaakshar Portal contains the copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information. You 

shall not copy, publish, transmit, distribute, or sell any such proprietary 

inf ormation.
9.2 Opinions, statements, or content made available through the Service by

upon. Under no circumstances will Astroaakshar 

Portal or its affiliates be responsible for any loss or damage resulting due to the content posted/transmitted on the Website by any body as Astroaakshar Portal does not authenticate, investigate or does background check of the information which is uploaded on Astroaakshar portal. 

10.1 An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  acknowledges that they will not post, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information of Astroaakshar Portal without obtaining the prior written consent from Astroaakshar. 

10.2 All vested contingent and future intellectual property rights in Astroaakshar Portal including but not limited to copyright, trademark, service marks, design rights (whether registered or unregistered), patents, knowhow, 

trade, secrets, inventions, database rights and any applications for protection or registration of these rights and all renewals and extensions 

11.1 An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  acknowledges that in no event shall Astroaakshar Portal be liable for any damages whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, general, compensatory, 

consequential, and/or incidental, arising out of or relating to the conduct of An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  or anyone else in connection with the use of the Astroaakshar 

Portal., including without limitation, bodily injury, emotional distress, and/or any other damages resulting from communications or meetings with other 

registered An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  of this service or persons met through this service. 11.2 An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor s agree to take reasonable precautions in all interactions with other members of the service, particularly if the user decides to meet offline or in 

person.
11.3 An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor s should not provide your confidential information (for example, 

credit card or bank account information) to other members.
11.4 Provided that notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, 

Astroaakshar liability to An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will always be limited to the amount paid, if any, by An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  to Astroaakshar Portal for the usage during the term of Agreement in force. 

11.5 An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  acknowledges and agrees that Astroaakshar disclaims any liability 

with respect to any claim, suit or action brought by a member in connection with provision of any services by an Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  (including, without limitation, representations by the an Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  as to an Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor ’s qualifications and advice provided by the an Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor ) through the Astroaakshar service and an Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  agrees to indemnify and hold Astroaakshar harmless in connection with any such claim and any damages or expenses arising therefrom. 

11.6 An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  undertake to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Website and its affiliates, directors, employees and other officers against any claims, 

liabilities, actions, proceedings, demands, expenses etc made by a third party, including statutory authorities, which the Website may incur or suffer in connection with any proceeding arising out of 

i. The use of the platform by An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor . 

ii. Any unauthorised use and violation of the profile created and managed by An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  on the Website.

iv. Any acts or omissions, negligence, misrepresentation, fraud and/or misconduct by An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor . 

12.1 The An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  acknowledges and agrees that it shall be solely responsible for all conduct, services, advice, postings and transmissions that are made from the account of the An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  and further consents that any information or content that the An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  posts or transmits will not be considered to be An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor ’s confidential information and in fact, this information, 

whether personal in nature or not, shall be owned by Astroaakshar.
12.2 An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  further agrees and consents to all conversations, chats or transcripts being captured in any format controlled, processed and shared 

by Astroaakshar in terms of the Privacy Policy and as permissible by law.

This Platform allows users to select an An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  from various An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor s registered 

therein and ask questions online through chat or voice service. This platform connects the An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  and User. 

2.1 You will provide true and accurate information Astrology qualifications, expertise, skills, degrees, background and will maintain and update all such 

information during the term of this Agreement to keep it true. You will not 

present misleading names/qualifications. 

1. 2.2  You will not perform/offer services/advice in any jurisdiction where you are 

not authorized or qualified or licensed or which is outside your expertise. You will not mislead Users to believe that you can provide such services which are outside your expertise or for which you are not licensed. 

1. 2.3  You will not advise any remedy, treatment, test, that requires an in-person 

physical examination of a User.
2.4 You will advise users that your advice can not be a substitute for the advice 

of a physician and that your advice is for informational purposes only and it 

cannot be substitute for it. 

1. 2.5  You will not provide any advice related to any matters like medical or legal 

which can be provided by only a qualified medical or legal expert. 

1. 2.6  You will not take any actions which may hamper, slow down, or manipulate 

the integrity of this portal/Site.
2.7 You will not transmit/communicate through the Site/portal any unlawful, 

bullying, defamatory, privacy violative, insulting, intimidating, derogatory, vulgar, indecent, racist, destructive or otherwise offensive/objectionable 

material of any kind.
2.8 You will not stalk, intimidate or harass any An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  or User or infringe 

upon or attempt to violate upon their privacy.
2.9 You will not violate any applicable local, national, or international law of any 

kind.

You will not attempt to contact the User for any sort of payment or fee. You will not exchange any personal contact information with any User for any purpose, which may include making offline payment or in-personal

You will not attempt to take the act for providing offline/online advice with

2. 2.14  You will be agreed to all performance ratings and reviews given by the User after availing services from you. And agree to display such ratings/reviews on Astroaakshar Platform to the public. You also understand that Astroaakshar has nothing to do with such ratings/reviews. If An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  finds any review 

4.1 

You understand that the service provided by you are exclusive to this Platform. Subject to term and conditions of this agreement, you grant an exclusive right and license of your services to be used in the platform. Anytime during the term of this agreement, if you found to be providing any similar service at any other platform, then Astroaakshar at its sole discretion may reduce your agreed rate/fees or may terminate your services from the platform. 

4.2 You will not indulge in any act which results in any intellectual property violation, spread of viruses, worms, malicious software, or any other illegal 

or immoral act. 

1. 4.3  Astroaakshar Portal reserves the right in its sole discretion to review the activity 

& status of each account & block the account of an An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  . 

1. 4.4  You will receive alerts/SMS notif ications including daily reminders f rom 

Astroaakshar for provision of service. 

1. 4.5  You will abide by the payment/pricing guidelines. 
2. 4.6  You agree to a fair price policy and can set prices according to the policy of 

Astroaakshar. Astroaakshar reserves the right to change your price as per its internal policy without informing you. If you violates this provision, 

Astroaakshar reserves the right to disable the services of the an Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  without 

prior notice.
4.7 You will not share access to this platform with anyone else. You will not share 

the user id / password or any other credential with any other person.
4.8 You acknowledges that Astroaakshar merely provides a platform wherein the 

You can meet the Users, i.e. customers/Members and therefore agrees that the Site/portal are being provided for use as is, and therefore, the An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  will not have any plea, claim, or demand vis a vis. various digital and social media platforms. Astroaakshar shall have the right to use An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  profile picture, video, content, ratings, reviews and 

An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  understand that this is an astrology platform and only astrology services are provided through this platform. An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  is responsible for all predictions/advice made by the An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor . An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  understand and agrees that he will not make any prediction which is unlawful/illegal or against any law. An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  must refrain from advising below mentioned list of prediction/advice, 

which is not exhaustive.
Predicting gender/sex of the unborn.
Predicting on any matter/game related to gambling. Predicting on any matter which is illegal/unlawful. 

Predicting on any matter which is beyond An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor ’s expertise. Predicting on any matter for which an Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  is not qualified. 

1. 6.1  Astroaakshar is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate content posted on the Website or in connection with the Service, whether caused by users of the Website, An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  Service Providers or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Service. 
2. 6.2  Astroaakshar assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, 

deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of communications. 

6.3 Astroaakshar is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or 

providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to users and/or An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  or to any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in connection with the Web and/or in connection with the Service. 

6.4 Under no circumstances will Astroaakshar or any of its af f iliates, advertisers, promoters or distribution partners be responsible for any loss or damage, including personal injury or death, resulting from anyone’s use of the Website or the Service, any Content posted on the Website or transmitted to An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor , or any interactions between users of the Website, whether online or offline.

6.7 Astroaakshar Portal makes no representations or warranties and expressly 

disclaims any and all liability concerning any treatment, action by, or effect on any person following the information offered or provided within or through the Website. 

6.8 If any user of the website has specific concerns or a situation arises in which he requires professional or medical advice, he should consult with an 

appropriately trained and qualified specialist. 

7.1 Revenue received will be shared between An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  and Astroaakshar at an 

agreed rate separately intimated to the An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor . Therefore, before making the payment to the An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor , Astroaakshar shall be entitled to deduct the amounts which have accrued to it and the remainder shall be transferred to the An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor , as agreed by the An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  at the time of registration. 

1. 7.2  You understand that Astroaakshar may reduce/change the agreed An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  rate to promote the platform or to give discount offers to its customers or for any other reason, in its sole discretion, without informing the An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor . However, the changed rate will get displayed in the Platform against the respective name of the An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor . 
2. 7.3  An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  understands that no payment shall be made for any free minutes, discount, coupon, voucher, ticket offered to customer for promotional 

purpose.
7.4 You understand that Astroaakshar shall be entitled to deduct monthly software 

maintenance charges i.e Rs. 999 each month from your share of overall revenue earned from Astroaakshar. However, no deduction shall be made for a particular month in which your share of revenue does not exceed Rs. 20,000 in any month. 

7.5 All payments to be made to An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor s are after deduction of TDS as per 

Income Tax Act. 1961. An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  agrees that TDS will be deducted from any payment made to an Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  irrespective of amount or monetary limit. Payments are to be made within 10 days of the following month in which revenue has accrued subject to public holidays or conditions beyond the 

control of Astroaakshar. In the first month in which the An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  is onboarded, payments may be delayed due to documentation. 

7.6 Astroaakshar’s billing system is not error-free, and shall not be liable for any problems, miscalculations or malfunctions in processing An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  Fees or 

other payments due to the An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor . An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor s can inform of such 

mistakes within 48hours of discovery of such mistakes.
7.7 If for any reason the Member has paid but later charged back/cancelled such payment/order, no An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  Fees will be paid to the An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  for that transaction and if the money has already been sent to the An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor , An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  is required to repay this amount to Astroaakshar, and Astroaakshar has the right to deduct this amount from the An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor ‘s account or from 

the following payments to be made from Astroaakshar to An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor .
7.8 Any An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  advice that is disputed, and remains unresolved, will be withheld for a reasonable amount of time till the problem is resolved. 

Astroaakshar will have the final say with regards to disputes in this regard. 

7.9 An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  agree and declare that if the customer is not satisfied with the services provided by you inclusive of wrong predictions being made or the service could not be rendered due to internet issue or other reasons, the Astroaakshar may at its own discretion, refund all or partial amount to the customer, for which no payment is to be made to the An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor . 

8.1 When you, the An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor , create and open an account with you will be asked to provide a username and password. You are entirely responsible for 

maintaining the confidentiality of your password and username and any other security information related to your account. 

8.2 You will be fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, username or password. You may not use the account, username, or 

password of someone else at any time. You will immediately notify of any unauthorized use of your password, username, e-mail or any other breach of security. 

8.3 Astroaakshar encourages An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor s to change their password at least once a month. Astroaakshar will not be liable for any loss that you incur because of someone else using your account or your password, either with or without your knowledge. You may be held liable for any losses incurred by Astroaakshar 

due to someone else’s use of your account or password. 

9.1 Astroaakshar owns and retains all Intellectual Property Rights of the Astroaakshar Portal and as explained above, retains an exclusive license to the contents 

added and uploaded by you on the site. The Astroaakshar Portal contains the copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information. You 

shall not copy, publish, transmit, distribute, or sell any such proprietary 

inf ormation.
9.2 Opinions, statements, or content made available through the Service by 

An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor , are those of the An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor , and should not necessarily be relied 

upon. Such An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor s are solely responsible for putting such content and not Astroaakshar Portal and it does not guarantee accuracy, completeness or usefulness of such information. Astroaakshar Portal does not endorse or accept responsibility for opinions, contents, and statements, comment made by An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  that appear on website. Under no circumstances will Astroaakshar 

Portal or its affiliates be responsible for any loss or damage resulting due to the content posted/transmitted on the Website by any body as Astroaakshar Portal does not authenticate, investigate or does background check of the information which is uploaded on Astroaakshar portal. 

10.1 An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  acknowledges that they will not post, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information of Astroaakshar Portal without obtaining the prior written consent from Astroaakshar. 

10.2 All vested contingent and future intellectual property rights in Astroaakshar Portal including but not limited to copyright, trademark, service marks, design rights (whether registered or unregistered), patents, knowhow, 

trade, secrets, inventions, database rights and any applications for protection or registration of these rights and all renewals and extensions 

11.1 An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  acknowledges that in no event shall Astroaakshar Portal be liable for any damages whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, general, compensatory, 

consequential, and/or incidental, arising out of or relating to the conduct of An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  or anyone else in connection with the use of the Astroaakshar 

Portal., including without limitation, bodily injury, emotional distress, and/or any other damages resulting from communications or meetings with other 

registered An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  of this service or persons met through this service. 11.2 An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor s agree to take reasonable precautions in all interactions with other members of the service, particularly if the user decides to meet offline or in 

person.
11.3 An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor s should not provide your confidential information (for example, 

credit card or bank account information) to other members.
11.4 Provided that notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, 

Astroaakshar liability to An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will always be limited to the amount paid, if any, by An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  to Astroaakshar Portal for the usage during the term of Agreement in force. 

11.5 An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  acknowledges and agrees that Astroaakshar disclaims any liability 

with respect to any claim, suit or action brought by a member in connection with provision of any services by an Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  (including, without limitation, representations by the an Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  as to an Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor ’s qualifications and advice provided by the an Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor ) through the Astroaakshar service and an Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  agrees to indemnify and hold Astroaakshar harmless in connection with any such claim and any damages or expenses arising therefrom. 

11.6 An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  undertake to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Website and its affiliates, directors, employees and other officers against any claims, 

liabilities, actions, proceedings, demands, expenses etc made by a third party, including statutory authorities, which the Website may incur or suffer in connection with any proceeding arising out of 

i. The use of the platform by An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor . 

ii. Any unauthorised use and violation of the profile created and managed by An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  on the Website. 

iii. Any Prediction/advice given by An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor . 

iv. Any acts or omissions, negligence, misrepresentation, fraud and/or misconduct by An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor . 

12.1 The An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  acknowledges and agrees that it shall be solely responsible for all conduct, services, advice, postings and transmissions that are made from the account of the An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  and further consents that any information or content that the An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  posts or transmits will not be considered to be An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor ’s confidential information and in fact, this information, 

whether personal in nature or not, shall be owned by Astroaakshar.
12.2 An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  further agrees and consents to all conversations, chats or transcripts being captured in any format controlled, processed and shared 

by Astroaakshar in terms of the Privacy Policy and as permissible by law. 

13.1 Any question or difference which may arise concerning the construction meaning or effect of this Agreement or concerning the rights and liabilities of the parties hereunder or any other matter arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be referred to a single arbitrator who shall conduct proceeding in Noida which shall be appointed by Astroaakshar. 

13.2 The decision of such arbitrators shall be final and binding upon the parties. The cost of proceedings shall be borne equally by the parties. Any reference under this clause shall be deemed to be a reference to arbitration within the meaning of the Arbitration Act 1996. The courts at Noida at Uttar Pradesh (India) shall have exclusive jurisdiction in all the matters arising out of Agreement. For the purpose of Jurisdiction this Agreement shall be deemed to be accepted by the An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  at Noida. 

15.1 You will provide true and accurate information related to your qualifications, expertise, skills, degrees, background, photograph and will maintain and update all such information during the term of this Agreement to keep it true. You will not present misleading names/qualifications/photographs/Videos. Any information found to be 

misleading, illegal or wrong, a penalty of Rs. 11,000/- shall be imposed and your profile shall be deactivated immediately without informing you. 

15.2 You should treat the customer who contacts you through Astroaakshar with respect. Any use of filthy language, threats, or similar behavior will result in the cancellation of your Astroaakshar profile for a minimum of0 hour contract (7) days and a penalty of Rs. 11000/- to reactivate your profile. The parties have also 

agreed that the 7-days period might be prolonged till the penalty is paid. You also agree that it is the discretion of the Astroaakshar compliance team to decide what is disrespectful to the customer after giving An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  equal opportunity of being heard. You must maintain proper decorum and answer all of the customer’s queries in a calm manner. You undertake not to upload 

the customer’s personal information or display the reason or purpose for seeking counsel from you anywhere on the internet or any other platform. Any complaint received in this situation will result in your profile being deactivated without warning. 

15.3 You agree not to disclose your real name/Full name/alias name to any customer being assigned to you for consultation. You shall be using only the display name provided to you by Astroaakshar for any communication taking place at the platform either in the form of phone consultation, review, comments, etc. Violation of this clause will attract the deactivation of your profile without any warning issued and a fine of Rs. 11,000/- by the 

Compliance team at Astroaakshar. Furthermore, Astroaakshar verified Badge shall be removed on violation from your profile. 

15.4 You must not share any personal information about yourself, your friends, acquaintances, family members, or anybody else with whom you may or 

may not be associated. Contact numbers, bank account numbers, e-mail addresses, websites, personalized pages, blogs, and social media profiles (including but not limited to Facebook, Wechat, Whatsapp, Telegram, Messenger, SMS, and others) with any consumer seeking help are all examples of personal information. You also do not induce customers for offline meetings. A customer should also not share any such personal 

information and if the customer does it so, it is your responsibly to report such matter to the company immediately and not to contact customer. A 

penalty of Rs. 11,000/- INR will be imposed if this condition is violated and the account will be temporarily deactivated. Furthermore, Astroaakshar verified Badge shall be removed on violation from your profile. 

15.5 It is suggested that you offer the customer seeking help easier solutions. 

Any advice directly related to any loss or danger of life, whether animal or human, would be considered a gross violation of the terms and conditions. 

A penalty of Rs. 1,00,000/- would be imposed for any infringement of this condition and the account will be temporarily deactivated. Furthermore, 

Astroaakshar verified Badge shall be removed on violation from your profile. 

15.6 You agree not to do anything that could harm Astroaakshar’s reputation or interests, such as posting negative reviews on any social media platform, disclosing the company’s policies to anyone, or making any defamatory 

comments of any kind or nature about the Company, its employees, officers, directors, agents, consultants, affiliates, and so on. You should also not indulge in any such act, like giving negative comments/reviews, which negatively impact other an Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor s working on the platform. You also agree that you will not encourage, motivate, or convince any of your friends, family members, clients, acquaintances, or anyone else to do the same. A penalty of Rs. 11,000/- INR would be imposed for any infringement of this condition. 

Furthermore, Astroaakshar verified Badge shall be removed on violation from your profile. 

15.7 By registering with Astroaakshar, you promise not to work or deliver your services on any competing platform that provides identical services via the internet. You may not use a fictitious or alias name while attempting to provide services (similar to those provided at Astroaakshar) on any competitor 

platform via the internet. Violation of this clause will attract the deactivation of your profile without any warning issued. A fine of Rs. 11,000 may be imposed by the compliance team at Astroaakshar and all your earning will be forfeited. 

15.8 The compliance team shall review each of the violations mentioned in clause 15, on being found guilty, the penalties mentioned therein shall be charged. To re-activate the Astroaakshar verified Badge Rs. 11,000/- shall be charged from the An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor s. To recover the penalty earning may be forfeited. 

15.9 The an Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  agree that he will serve the promotional calls in a cordial manner with the same passion and eagerness that he would exhibit in any other paid call and treat all customers with respect. Knowingly he will not cut/avoid any promotional/free call. A fine of Rs. 11,000 may be imposed by the compliance team at Astroaakshar on violation of this clause. Furthermore, Astroaakshar verified Badge shall be removed on violation from 

your profile.
15.10 An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor understandsthatbygivingmoretimetotheplatform,itincreases 

the chances for more call/chat count and leads to more income. The platform encourages the An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  to give a 0 hour contract hours in a day and 0 hour contract 

17.1 Astroaakshar has provided a live streaming platform wherein users and an Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor s can communicate with each other through video. The An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  agrees that Astroaakshar has only provided a platform for communication and can in no way be held responsible for the content generated on the platform and/or any act of malefice – text/video or audio committed by any user on 

the platf orm and accepts no liability and responsibility f or the same. Astroaakshar may at its sole discretion remove the access of live streaming 

without giving any reason to the an Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor . An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor s are expected to use the live streaming platf orm in a prof essional way only to resolve/communicate Astrology problems/contents. A penalty of Rs. 51,000/- will be imposed if this condition is violated and the account will be 

permanently deactivated. 

17.2 You are expected to livestream with your video switched on and focused on your face for a majority of your live streaming duration. Any violation of the same for more than 10 minutes a day will attract a penalty of at least Rs 

1100 per day and access to the live streaming platform being restricted for 10 days.

You also do not induce customers for offline meetings. A penalty of Rs. 11,000/- INR will be imposed if this condition is violated and the account will be temporarily 

deactivated. Furthermore, Astroaakshar verified Badge shall be removed on violation from your profile. 

17.4 You agree not to do anything that could harm Astroaakshar’s reputation or interests, such as posting negative reviews on any social media platform, disclosing the company’s policies to anyone, or making any defamatory 

comments of any kind or nature about the Company, its employees, officers, directors, agents, consultants, affiliates, and so on. A penalty of Rs. 11,000/- INR will be imposed if this condition is violated and the account will be temporarily deactivated. Furthermore, Astroaakshar verified Badge shall be removed on violation from your profile. 

17.5 You are not allowed to promote or encourage any other astrology application or any an Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  working outside Astroaakshar on the live streaming platform. A penalty of Rs. 11,000/- INR will be imposed if this condition is violated 

and the account will be temporarily deactivated. Furthermore, Astroaakshar verified Badge shall be removed on violation from your profile. 

17.6 An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor s understand that it requires good internet connected to communicate over live streaming. Any continuous use of poor network will 

lead to temporary deactivation of profile. 

17.7 An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor s understand that above conditions mentioned for live streaming are in addition to conditions mentioned above in the agreement. All other conditions are also applicable to the an Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor s wherever it applies to the 

an Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  while performing the live streaming. 

17.8 The an Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  is expected to treat all users with courtesy and professionalism. They should not decline service to any user seeking free guidance during live sessions when the an Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  is not engaged in a paid 

call or consultation. Additionally, an Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor s must refrain from making requests for donations in exchange for answers in the live event caption or during live sessions. A penalty of Rs. 1100/- INR will be imposed if this condition is violated and the account will be temporarily deactivated. Furthermore, Astroaakshar verified Badge shall be removed on violation from your profile. 

17.9 The an Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  acknowledges that the Live platform provides a space for direct communication with users through video streaming. You are expected 

to conduct live sessions yourself, and no other person is permitted to conduct live sessions on your behalf. Violation of this clause may result in Astroaakshar permanently disabling your profile, and a penalty of Rs. 11,000 may be imposed. 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS (Last Amended 10th September 2024) 

This agreement which constitute the An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor s Terms and Conditions, is a legal 

agreement (“Agreement”) between An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  (“You”) and Astro aakshar in connection with access and/or use the platform for providing on-line advice/services at all websites powered by Astro aakshar, or owned by Hepe enterprise pvt ltd. The Sites are currently 

owned and operated by Hepe enterprise pvt ltd (“Astro aakshar”). 

This Agreement sets forth and contains the terms and conditions between you i.e. the An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  and Astro aakshar. 

By using any portion of the website or app you agree to be bound by this Agreement. It is advisable that you should read this Agreement carefully. In the event, if you do not agree 

to be bound by any clause of this agreement, you should immediately cease from using any portion of the website. 

Astro aakshar solely reserves the right to modify this Agreement any time to comply with law 

or provision of service or for any other reason solely at the discretion of Astro aakshar, which may or may not be separately notified via email. You can determine when these Terms were last revised by referring to “Last Amended” at the top of these Terms. By signing onto the portal or using any portion of the portal/web/app anytime after the “Last Amended” date, you shall be deemed to have accepted the Terms herein including the amended Terms published from time to time. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes mean that you accept and agree to the changes. However, you are 

encouraged to check the terms of this Agreement frequently. While you continue to use this Platform, any modifications have been made to this Agreement, would certainly 

indicate your consent to such modified agreement. 

By accessing this portal, you agree to read and accept this agreement provided to you in electronic form. 

1.0 IMPORTANT DEFINITIONS

You are an “An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor ” if you are selected/appointed/registered as An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  with the explicit purpose of providing your consultation to the visitors/users of the Astro aakshar Platform and/or on partner Sites. Your An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  Registration/application Form is subject to approval of Astro aakshar, once the same is accepted, your profile will be activated by Astro aakshar. 

Rejection of a profile may occur due to incomplete forms/information, or due to lack of experience or incompetency or any other reason that may not have been specifically mentioned here. Any information found incorrect, misleading at any time/duration, your profile, at our sole discretion, shall be subject to rejection without any notice period and Astro aakshar may take legal action for such misleading facts. 

1.2 MEMBER OR USER OR CUSTOMER 

A member or user or customer is one who has registered themselves or applied for 

availing services on the Astro aakshar platform for advice or services from an An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor . 

A user may or may not be a paid member. Users can register to avail of free consultation. 

1.3 WEBSITE OR PORTAL OR PLATFORM 

Website or portal or platform means all websites/apps owned by Hepe enterprise pvt ltd including Astro aakshar.com. Astro aakshar.com provides various astrology services 

including “Ask A Question” service. Astro aakshar.com also provides a platform wherein An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  and Users meet for Astrology services. Varta.Astro aakshar.Com is one of such 

platform. 

1.4 SERVICE 

Service includes “Ask A Question” service, phone/call/chat advice service provided through various platforms of Astro aakshar. In Astro aakshar platform, a user registers 

himself for availing paid or free advice from registered/appointed An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor s. This Platform allows users to select an An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  from various An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor s registered 

therein and ask questions online through chat or voice service. This platform connects the An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  and User. 

2.1 You will provide true and accurate information Astrology qualifications, expertise, skills, degrees, background and will maintain and update all such 

information during the term of this Agreement to keep it true. You will not 

present misleading names/qualifications. 

1. 2.2  You will not perform/offer services/advice in any jurisdiction where you are 

not authorized or qualified or licensed or which is outside your expertise. You will not mislead Users to believe that you can provide such services which are outside your expertise or for which you are not licensed. 

1. 2.3  You will not advise any remedy, treatment, test, that requires an in-person 

physical examination of a User.
2.4 You will advise users that your advice can not be a substitute for the advice 

of a physician and that your advice is for informational purposes only and it 

cannot be substitute for it. 

1. 2.5  You will not provide any advice related to any matters like medical or legal 

which can be provided by only a qualified medical or legal expert. 

1. 2.6  You will not take any actions which may hamper, slow down, or manipulate 

the integrity of this portal/Site.
2.7 You will not transmit/communicate through the Site/portal any unlawful, 

bullying, defamatory, privacy violative, insulting, intimidating, derogatory, vulgar, indecent, racist, destructive or otherwise offensive/objectionable 

material of any kind.
2.8 You will not stalk, intimidate or harass any An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  or User or infringe 

upon or attempt to violate upon their privacy.
2.9 You will not violate any applicable local, national, or international law of any 

kind.

2. 2.14  You will be agreed to all performance ratings and reviews given by the User after availing services from you. And agree to display such ratings/reviews on Astro aakshar Platform to the public. You also understand that Astro aakshar has nothing to do with such ratings/reviews. If An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  finds any review 

4.1 

You understand that the service provided by you are exclusive to this Platform. Subject to term and conditions of this agreement, you grant an exclusive right and license of your services to be used in the platform. Anytime during the term of this agreement, if you found to be providing any similar service at any other platform, then Astro aakshar at its sole discretion may reduce your agreed rate/fees or may terminate your services from the platform. 

4.2 You will not indulge in any act which results in any intellectual property violation, spread of viruses, worms, malicious software, or any other illegal 

or immoral act. 

1. 4.3  Astro aakshar Portal reserves the right in its sole discretion to review the activity 

& status of each account & block the account of an An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  . 

1. 4.4  You will receive alerts/SMS notif ications including daily reminders f rom 

Astro aakshar for provision of service. 

1. 4.5  You will abide by the payment/pricing guidelines. 
2. 4.6  You agree to a fair price policy and can set prices according to the policy of 

Astro aakshar. Astro aakshar reserves the right to change your price as per its internal policy without informing you. If you violates this provision, 

Astro aakshar reserves the right to disable the services of the an Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  without 

prior notice.
4.7 You will not share access to this platform with anyone else. You will not share 

the user id / password or any other credential with any other person.
4.8 You acknowledges that Astro aakshar merely provides a platform wherein the 

You can meet the Users, i.e. customers/Members and therefore agrees that the Site/portal are being provided for use as is, and therefore, the An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  will not have any plea, claim, or demand vis a vis. various digital and social media platforms. Astro aakshar shall have the right to use An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  profile picture, video, content, ratings, reviews and 

An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  understand that this is an astrology platform and only astrology services are provided through this platform. An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  is responsible for all predictions/advice made by the An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor . An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  understand and agrees that he will not make any prediction which is unlawful/illegal or against any law. An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  must refrain from advising below mentioned list of prediction/advice, 

which is not exhaustive.
Predicting gender/sex of the unborn.
Predicting on any matter/game related to gambling. Predicting on any matter which is illegal/unlawful. 

Predicting on any matter which is beyond An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor ’s expertise. Predicting on any matter for which an Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  is not qualified. 

1. 6.1  Astro aakshar is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate content posted on the Website or in connection with the Service, whether caused by users of the Website, An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  Service Providers or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Service. 
2. 6.2  Astro aakshar assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, 

deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of communications. 

6.3 Astro aakshar is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or 

providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to users and/or An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  or to any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in connection with the Web and/or in connection with the Service. 

6.4 Under no circumstances will Astro aakshar or any of its af f iliates, advertisers, promoters or distribution partners be responsible for any loss or damage, including personal injury or death, resulting from anyone’s use of the Website or the Service, any Content posted on the Website or transmitted to An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor , or any interactions between users of the Website, whether online or offline.

disclaims any and all liability concerning any treatment, action by, or effect on any person following the information offered or provided within or through the Website. 

6.8 If any user of the website has specific concerns or a situation arises in which he requires professional or medical advice, he should consult with an 

appropriately trained and qualified specialist. 

7.1 Revenue received will be shared between An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  and Astro aakshar at an 

agreed rate separately intimated to the An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor . Therefore, before making the payment to the An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor , Astro aakshar shall be entitled to deduct the amounts which have accrued to it and the remainder shall be transferred to the An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor , as agreed by the An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  at the time of registration. 

1. 7.2  You understand that Astro aakshar may reduce/change the agreed An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  rate to promote the platform or to give discount offers to its customers or for any other reason, in its sole discretion, without informing the An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor . However, the changed rate will get displayed in the Platform against the respective name of the An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor . 
2. 7.3  An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  understands that no payment shall be made for any free minutes, discount, coupon, voucher, ticket offered to customer for promotional 

purpose.
7.4 You understand that Astro aakshar shall be entitled to deduct monthly software 

maintenance charges i.e Rs. 999 each month from your share of overall revenue earned from Astro aakshar. However, no deduction shall be made for a particular month in which your share of revenue does not exceed Rs. 20,000 in any month. 

7.5 All payments to be made to An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor s are after deduction of TDS as per 

Income Tax Act. 1961. An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  agrees that TDS will be deducted from any payment made to an Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  irrespective of amount or monetary limit. Payments are to be made within 10 days of the following month in which revenue has accrued subject to public holidays or conditions beyond the 

control of Astro aakshar. In the first month in which the An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  is onboarded, payments may be delayed due to documentation. 

7.6 Astro aakshar’s billing system is not error-free, and shall not be liable for any problems, miscalculations or malfunctions in processing An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  Fees or 

other payments due to the An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor . An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor s can inform of such 

mistakes within 48hours of discovery of such mistakes.
7.7 If for any reason the Member has paid but later charged back/cancelled such payment/order, no An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  Fees will be paid to the An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  for that transaction and if the money has already been sent to the An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor , An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  is required to repay this amount to Astro aakshar, and Astro aakshar has the right to deduct this amount from the An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor ‘s account or from 

the following payments to be made from Astro aakshar to An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor .
7.8 Any An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  advice that is disputed, and remains unresolved, will be withheld for a reasonable amount of time till the problem is resolved. 

Astro aakshar will have the final say with regards to disputes in this regard. 

7.9 An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  agree and declare that if the customer is not satisfied with the services provided by you inclusive of wrong predictions being made or the service could not be rendered due to internet issue or other reasons, the Astro aakshar may at its own discretion, refund all or partial amount to the customer, for which no payment is to be made to the An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor . 

8.1 When you, the An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor , create and open an account with you will be asked to provide a username and password. You are entirely responsible for 

maintaining the confidentiality of your password and username and any other security information related to your account. 

8.2 You will be fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, username or password. You may not use the account, username, or 

password of someone else at any time. You will immediately notify of any unauthorized use of your password, username, e-mail or any other breach of security. 

8.3 Astro aakshar encourages An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor s to change their password at least once a month. Astro aakshar will not be liable for any loss that you incur because of someone else using your account or your password, either with or without your knowledge. You may be held liable for any losses incurred by Astro aakshar 

due to someone else’s use of your account or password. 

9.1 Astro aakshar owns and retains all Intellectual Property Rights of the Astro aakshar Portal and as explained above, retains an exclusive license to the contents 

added and uploaded by you on the site. The Astro aakshar Portal contains the copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information. You 

shall not copy, publish, transmit, distribute, or sell any such proprietary 

inf ormation.
9.2 Opinions, statements, or content made available through the Service by

upon. Under no circumstances will Astro aakshar 

Portal or its affiliates be responsible for any loss or damage resulting due to the content posted/transmitted on the Website by any body as Astro aakshar Portal does not authenticate, investigate or does background check of the information which is uploaded on Astro aakshar portal. 

10.1 An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  acknowledges that they will not post, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information of Astro aakshar Portal without obtaining the prior written consent from Astro aakshar. 

10.2 All vested contingent and future intellectual property rights in Astro aakshar Portal including but not limited to copyright, trademark, service marks, design rights (whether registered or unregistered), patents, knowhow, 

trade, secrets, inventions, database rights and any applications for protection or registration of these rights and all renewals and extensions 

11.1 An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  acknowledges that in no event shall Astro aakshar Portal be liable for any damages whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, general, compensatory, 

consequential, and/or incidental, arising out of or relating to the conduct of An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  or anyone else in connection with the use of the Astro aakshar 

Portal., including without limitation, bodily injury, emotional distress, and/or any other damages resulting from communications or meetings with other 

registered An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  of this service or persons met through this service. 11.2 An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor s agree to take reasonable precautions in all interactions with other members of the service, particularly if the user decides to meet offline or in 

person.
11.3 An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor s should not provide your confidential information (for example, 

credit card or bank account information) to other members.
11.4 Provided that notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, 

Astro aakshar liability to An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will always be limited to the amount paid, if any, by An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  to Astro aakshar Portal for the usage during the term of Agreement in force. 

11.5 An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  acknowledges and agrees that Astro aakshar disclaims any liability 

with respect to any claim, suit or action brought by a member in connection with provision of any services by an Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  (including, without limitation, representations by the an Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  as to an Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor ’s qualifications and advice provided by the an Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor ) through the Astro aakshar service and an Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  agrees to indemnify and hold Astro aakshar harmless in connection with any such claim and any damages or expenses arising therefrom. 

11.6 An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  undertake to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Website and its affiliates, directors, employees and other officers against any claims, 

liabilities, actions, proceedings, demands, expenses etc made by a third party, including statutory authorities, which the Website may incur or suffer in connection with any proceeding arising out of 

i. The use of the platform by An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor . 

ii. Any unauthorised use and violation of the profile created and managed by An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  on the Website. 

iii. Any Prediction/advice given by An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor . 

iv. Any acts or omissions, negligence, misrepresentation, fraud and/or misconduct by An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor . 

12.1 The An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  acknowledges and agrees that it shall be solely responsible for all conduct, services, advice, postings and transmissions that are made from the account of the An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  and further consents that any information or content that the An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  posts or transmits will not be considered to be An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor ’s confidential information and in fact, this information, 

whether personal in nature or not, shall be owned by Astro aakshar.
12.2 An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  further agrees and consents to all conversations, chats or transcripts being captured in any format controlled, processed and shared 

by Astro aakshar in terms of the Privacy Policy and as permissible by law. 

13.1 Any question or difference which may arise concerning the construction meaning or effect of this Agreement or concerning the rights and liabilities of the parties hereunder or any other matter arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be referred to a single arbitrator who shall conduct proceeding in Noida which shall be appointed by Astro aakshar. 

13.2 The decision of such arbitrators shall be final and binding upon the parties. The cost of proceedings shall be borne equally by the parties. Any reference under this clause shall be deemed to be a reference to arbitration within the meaning of the Arbitration Act 1996. The courts at Noida at Uttar Pradesh (India) shall have exclusive jurisdiction in all the matters arising out of Agreement. For the purpose of Jurisdiction this Agreement shall be deemed to be accepted by the An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  at Noida. 

15.1 You will provide true and accurate information related to your qualifications, expertise, skills, degrees, background, photograph and will maintain and update all such information during the term of this Agreement to keep it true. You will not present misleading names/qualifications/photographs/Videos. Any information found to be 

misleading, illegal or wrong, a penalty of Rs. 11,000/- shall be imposed and your profile shall be deactivated immediately without informing you. 

15.2 You should treat the customer who contacts you through Astro aakshar with respect. Any use of filthy language, threats, or similar behavior will result in the cancellation of your Astro aakshar profile for a minimum of0 hour contract (7) days and a penalty of Rs. 11000/- to reactivate your profile. The parties have also 

agreed that the 7-days period might be prolonged till the penalty is paid. You also agree that it is the discretion of the Astro aakshar compliance team to decide what is disrespectful to the customer after giving An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  equal opportunity of being heard. You must maintain proper decorum and answer all of the customer’s queries in a calm manner. You undertake not to upload 

the customer’s personal information or display the reason or purpose for seeking counsel from you anywhere on the internet or any other platform. Any complaint received in this situation will result in your profile being deactivated without warning. 

15.3 You agree not to disclose your real name/Full name/alias name to any customer being assigned to you for consultation. You shall be using only the display name provided to you by Astro aakshar for any communication taking place at the platform either in the form of phone consultation, review, comments, etc. Violation of this clause will attract the deactivation of your profile without any warning issued and a fine of Rs. 11,000/- by the 

Compliance team at Astro aakshar. Furthermore, Astro aakshar verified Badge shall be removed on violation from your profile. 

15.4 You must not share any personal information about yourself, your friends, acquaintances, family members, or anybody else with whom you may or 

may not be associated. Contact numbers, bank account numbers, e-mail addresses, websites, personalized pages, blogs, and social media profiles (including but not limited to Facebook, Wechat, Whatsapp, Telegram, Messenger, SMS, and others) with any consumer seeking help are all examples of personal information. You also do not induce customers for offline meetings. A customer should also not share any such personal 

information and if the customer does it so, it is your responsibly to report such matter to the company immediately and not to contact customer. A 

penalty of Rs. 11,000/- INR will be imposed if this condition is violated and the account will be temporarily deactivated. Furthermore, Astro aakshar verified Badge shall be removed on violation from your profile. 

15.5 It is suggested that you offer the customer seeking help easier solutions. 

Any advice directly related to any loss or danger of life, whether animal or human, would be considered a gross violation of the terms and conditions. 

A penalty of Rs. 1,00,000/- would be imposed for any infringement of this condition and the account will be temporarily deactivated. Furthermore, 

Astro aakshar verified Badge shall be removed on violation from your profile. 

15.6 You agree not to do anything that could harm Astro aakshar’s reputation or interests, such as posting negative reviews on any social media platform, disclosing the company’s policies to anyone, or making any defamatory 

comments of any kind or nature about the Company, its employees, officers, directors, agents, consultants, affiliates, and so on. You should also not indulge in any such act, like giving negative comments/reviews, which negatively impact other an Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor s working on the platform. You also agree that you will not encourage, motivate, or convince any of your friends, family members, clients, acquaintances, or anyone else to do the same. A penalty of Rs. 11,000/- INR would be imposed for any infringement of this condition. 

Furthermore, Astro aakshar verified Badge shall be removed on violation from your profile. 

15.7 By registering with Astro aakshar, you promise not to work or deliver your services on any competing platform that provides identical services via the internet. You may not use a fictitious or alias name while attempting to provide services (similar to those provided at Astro aakshar) on any competitor 

platform via the internet. Violation of this clause will attract the deactivation of your profile without any warning issued. A fine of Rs. 11,000 may be imposed by the compliance team at Astro aakshar and all your earning will be forfeited. 

15.8 The compliance team shall review each of the violations mentioned in clause 15, on being found guilty, the penalties mentioned therein shall be charged. To re-activate the Astro aakshar verified Badge Rs. 11,000/- shall be charged from the An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor s. To recover the penalty earning may be forfeited. 

15.9 The an Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  agree that he will serve the promotional calls in a cordial manner with the same passion and eagerness that he would exhibit in any other paid call and treat all customers with respect. Knowingly he will not cut/avoid any promotional/free call. A fine of Rs. 11,000 may be imposed by the compliance team at Astro aakshar on violation of this clause. Furthermore, Astro aakshar verified Badge shall be removed on violation from 

your profile.
15.10 An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor understandsthatbygivingmoretimetotheplatform,itincreases 

the chances for more call/chat count and leads to more income. The platform encourages the An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  to give a 0 hour contract hours in a day and 0 hour contract 

17.1 Astro aakshar has provided a live streaming platform wherein users and an Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor s can communicate with each other through video. The An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  agrees that Astro aakshar has only provided a platform for communication and can in no way be held responsible for the content generated on the platform and/or any act of malefice – text/video or audio committed by any user on 

the platf orm and accepts no liability and responsibility f or the same. Astro aakshar may at its sole discretion remove the access of live streaming 

without giving any reason to the an Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor . An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor s are expected to use the live streaming platf orm in a prof essional way only to resolve/communicate Astrology problems/contents. A penalty of Rs. 51,000/- will be imposed if this condition is violated and the account will be 

permanently deactivated. 

17.2 You are expected to livestream with your video switched on and focused on your face for a majority of your live streaming duration. Any violation of the same for more than 10 minutes a day will attract a penalty of at least Rs 

1100 per day and access to the live streaming platform being restricted for 10 days. 

17.3 You must not share any personal information about yourself, your friends, acquaintances, family members, or anybody else with whom you may or 

may not be associated. Contact numbers, bank account numbers, e-mail addresses, websites, personalized pages, blogs, and social media profiles (including but not limited to Facebook, Wechat, Whatsapp, Telegram, Messenger, SMS, and others) with any consumer seeking help are all examples of personal information. You also do not induce customers for offline meetings. A penalty of Rs. 11,000/- INR will be imposed if this condition is violated and the account will be temporarily 

deactivated. Furthermore, Astro aakshar verified Badge shall be removed on violation from your profile. 

17.4 You agree not to do anything that could harm Astro aakshar’s reputation or interests, such as posting negative reviews on any social media platform, disclosing the company’s policies to anyone, or making any defamatory 

comments of any kind or nature about the Company, its employees, officers, directors, agents, consultants, affiliates, and so on. A penalty of Rs. 11,000/- INR will be imposed if this condition is violated and the account will be temporarily deactivated. Furthermore, Astro aakshar verified Badge shall be removed on violation from your profile. 

17.5 You are not allowed to promote or encourage any other astrology application or any an Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  working outside Astro aakshar on the live streaming platform. A penalty of Rs. 11,000/- INR will be imposed if this condition is violated 

and the account will be temporarily deactivated. Furthermore, Astro aakshar verified Badge shall be removed on violation from your profile. 

17.6 An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor s understand that it requires good internet connected to communicate over live streaming. Any continuous use of poor network will 

lead to temporary deactivation of profile. 

17.7 An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor s understand that above conditions mentioned for live streaming are in addition to conditions mentioned above in the agreement. All other conditions are also applicable to the an Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor s wherever it applies to the 

an Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  while performing the live streaming. 

17.8 The an Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  is expected to treat all users with courtesy and professionalism. They should not decline service to any user seeking free guidance during live sessions when the an Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  is not engaged in a paid 

call or consultation. Additionally, an Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor s must refrain from making requests for donations in exchange for answers in the live event caption or during live sessions. A penalty of Rs. 1100/- INR will be imposed if this condition is violated and the account will be temporarily deactivated. Furthermore, Astro aakshar verified Badge shall be removed on violation from your profile. 

17.9 The an Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  acknowledges that the Live platform provides a space for direct communication with users through video streaming. You are expected 

to conduct live sessions yourself, and no other person is permitted to conduct live sessions on your behalf. Violation of this clause may result in Astro aakshar permanently disabling your profile, and a penalty of Rs. 11,000 may be imposed.

A penalty of Rs. 11,000/- INR will be imposed if this condition is violated and the account will be temporarily deactivated. 17.5 You are not allowed to promote or encourage any other astrology application or any an Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  working outside Astro aakshar on the live streaming platform. A penalty of Rs. 11,000/- INR will be imposed if this condition is violated 

and the account will be temporarily deactivated. Furthermore, Astro aakshar verified Badge shall be removed on violation from your profile. 

17.6 An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor s understand that it requires good internet connected to communicate over live streaming. Any continuous use of poor network will 

lead to temporary deactivation of profile. 

17.7 An Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor s understand that above conditions mentioned for live streaming are in addition to conditions mentioned above in the agreement. All other conditions are also applicable to the an Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor s wherever it applies to the 

an Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  while performing the live streaming. 

17.8 The an Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  is expected to treat all users with courtesy and professionalism. They should not decline service to any user seeking free guidance during live sessions when the an Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  is not engaged in a paid 

call or consultation. Additionally, an Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor s must refrain from making requests for donations in exchange for answers in the live event caption or during live sessions. A penalty of Rs. 1100/- INR will be imposed if this condition is violated and the account will be temporarily deactivated. 17.9 The an Astrologer and emotional wellness councillor .  and emotional wellness councellor  acknowledges that the Live platform provides a space for direct communication with users through video streaming. You are expected 

to conduct live sessions yourself, and no other person is permitted to conduct live sessions on your behalf. Violation of this clause may result in Astro aakshar permanently disabling your profile, and a penalty of Rs. 11,000 may be imposed.
